During a global pandemic, I was able to accomplish my dream of buying my first home in Seattle, which I attribute to the expertise, service, and commitment of Jerry Linnane. Being a first time home buyer, the process can seem insurmountable. However, over the span of six months, Jerry carefully constructed listings for me to consider, patiently answered all of my questions, consistently made time to attend showings, scheduled housing inspections, and negotiated three offers. Jerry's responsiveness to emails, phone calls, and texts is a trait I really appreciated, and is a trait that should not be overlooked due to the fast pace of the market coupled with the desire to have as much time as possible to make a life changing decision.
