Previously we were working with a realtor who did not work with us in a professional manner, nor did he give us a great experience interacting with the house that we wanted to buy. After we met Jerry we knew that if we had Jerry as our realtor he would take care of us leaps and bounds better than our current realtor. Jerry helped us search for and purchase our last home. He was GREAT to work with! A concern with working with a realtor is that they're going to push you into a home that you don't want, just to close the deal. My wife and I never felt that way with Jerry. If we asked for his opinion, we were sure to always get a straight-forward and honest answer. There were a couple of times where I felt my wife and I were trying to "sell ourselves" on a home that wasn't a great fit and Jerry did a great job at letting us talk it out, but also bringing up great discussion points that helped us realize it really wasn't a good fit. Jerry really was a fantastic realtor to work with. If we weren't so happy with our current house, I'd be excited to work with him again soon. However, I think we're going to stay in this house awhile!

Jerry was just phenomenal to work with! As a first time homebuyer I was incredibly nervous about everything. He was very patient and responsive in answering my many, many questions and extremely thorough yet quick to act when the situation called for it. He clearly had my best interests at heart and I never once felt pressured - in fact he steered me away from making more than one choice that was definitely not right for me looking back on it. The home buying experience can be both exhilarating and frustrating at times, but Jerry made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible, and I ended up with a dream home at a great price! Jerry is a dependable broker with real hustle. As soon as a new listing came up that we wanted to see, Jerry was there to show it. He probably showed us a dozen houses within two days of their listing. That kind of responsiveness was crucial in such a difficult market. At one house, the listing agent made a mistake with the lock timing, and we couldn’t get in. Jerry troubleshooted, made several phone calls, and waited with us for nearly an hour until the listing agent could fix their mistake. He was very pleasant to talk with and calmed our nerves on multiple occasions. Jerry brought us the keys to our new house and made us feel special on our move-in day. He helped us take photos and gave us a nice gift. We felt like we got to know him on a personal level, and would not hesitate to work with him again.

He understood why we retracted an offer on an initial home after it had a less than ideal inspection and was invaluable in guiding us through our negotiations.
